1. If the product received is defective (which is unlikely) or if the package is tampered with, please return the package to us.

2. Send us the proof of the defect i.e. a clear picture of the product via email to with the order details to initiate the replacement or refund process as deemed applicable.

3. All such requests should be made through email within 2 days from the delivery of the order.

4. Once we receive the products, a quality check would be done by our team to evaluate the same, and the replacement or refund will be processed after that.

5. In case the exact replacement product is no longer available, we shall refund the amount within 3 days from the refund confirmation to you, and the amount refunded to you would be only for the products and not the shipping charges.

6. The cost of shipping it back to our facility for return/exchange including the custom duty/levies (for international customers) shall be borne by you.

7. Customised products are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

8. Products purchased during any promotional sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

9. Products eligible for return, exchange shall be unused and shall have the original packaging with the tag.

10. Decision to approve or reject the return, exchange or refund request is solely at the discretion of thejadehighlands and our decision shall be final.
